Shipping Rates and Transit Times by Country

    Rates:
    • Orders over $300 CAD: free
    • Orders under $300 CAD: $15 CAD flat

    Transit time:
    • 1-7 business days for non-remote locations (orders ship ground from Ontario)

    Duties: none
    Sales tax: GST/HST, depending on province (calculated at checkout)

  • United States

    Rates:
    • Orders over $300 CAD: free
    • Orders under $300 CAD: $15 CAD flat

    Transit time:
    • 2-8 business days for non-remote locations (orders ship ground from Ontario)

    Duties: none
    Sales tax: none

  • All Other Countries

    Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Returns Rules

  • Only items that have an RA# will be accepted for returns (see "Returns Process" below). DO NOT return anything until you have obtained an RA#
  • Any stock item may be returned if it has not been used
  • JerseysMadeEasy.com reserves the right to refuse returns we believe to have been used
  • Custom, decorated (e.g. screen printed, embroidered, etc.) or otherwise not resalable items cannot be returned
  • All return shipping expenses are at the customer's expense
  • Shipping discrepancies must be reported within 2 business days of receipt of product
  • Shipping fees from initial order will not be refunded
  • If RA#s are not obtained within 14 days of order being placed OR items are not returned within 14 days of obtaining your RA#, returns will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee

Returns Process

  1. Email us at orders@jerseysmadeeasy.com with the items, sizes, and quantities you wish to return
  2. We'll reply with a return authorization number (RA#) within 48 hours
  3. Return the items to the address accompanying your RA# (please wait for this address as it does vary depending on the nature of your return)

    DO NOT SHIP ANY ITEMS UNTIL YOU HAVE OBTAINED AN RA#
