Prices below are per jersey in Canadian dollars for 12 to 24 jerseys, including setup and delivery. Sales tax (GST/HST) is added based on your province, and bigger orders get automatic volume discounts.

Custom Hockey Jerseys

• Sublimated (most popular): from $85. One flat price covers a fully custom design: striping, colours, logos, names and numbers, all unlimited.
• Reversible sublimated: from $120. That’s two jerseys in one, so about $60 per side.
• Basic (screen printed): usually $40 to $65, and under $20 on some large orders like hockey camps. Once a basic design passes $70, we’ll usually suggest sublimated instead.
• Pro twill: from about $85. Most orders land between $150 and $200, and the most elaborate reach $250.

Custom Baseball and Softball Jerseys

• Sublimated: $60 pullover, $65 two-button, $72 full-button, with the full design included.
• Basic (screen printed): usually under $60, from $21 for a simple design without numbers, and as low as $10 on some league orders. Once a basic design passes about $50, we’ll usually suggest sublimated instead.
• Twill: quoted case by case until its builder goes live.

Custom Ball Hockey Jerseys

• Sublimated: a little less than ice hockey, since the jerseys are thinner and lighter. Contact us for pricing until the builder goes live, expected by the end of 2026.

Basic and twill are priced per feature, so extra colours, names and numbers, and logo locations each add to the cost. Our builders show the price of every component, so you can keep what matters and skip the rest. Plenty of teams keep a twill crest and numbers, drop the extras, and save $100 or more per jersey.

Yes. Price breaks kick in at 25, 50, 100 and 300 pieces, and our builders apply them automatically, so you get our best price upfront, every time.

With sublimated items, everything you order in the same design counts toward one total. Home and away jerseys, socks and shells all add up to determine your volume tier, so leagues and teams ordering several items can save 30% or more.

On orders of 300+, we proactively review your specs for ways to further discount our standard pricing.

Typical time from order to jerseys at your door, for hockey and baseball alike:

• Basic (screen printed): 3 to 5 weeks, with occasional rush availability
• Sublimated: 6 to 7 weeks
• Pro twill: 6 to 8 weeks

Our timeline can look longer than others. It isn’t. Many companies leave out design time, shipping, a buffer, or all three. A sublimated order with us includes everything:

• Artwork: about 1 week, at 1 to 2 business days per revision
• Colour test: 1 week, with a photo of one finished jersey before the rest are made
• Production: 3 weeks
• Shipping: up to 1 week, longer for remote areas
• Buffer: 1 week, so your date holds

Basic and pro twill skip the colour test. Basic moves fastest on artwork, and pro twill takes about 5 weeks of production time.

That covers our part. The whole process, from the first team chat to jerseys in hand, usually takes a few months, so the earlier you start, the easier it is. 

Three things to know:

1. The clock starts once your team has decided. We need your finalized roster, design decisions, 50% deposit and shipping address. Getting those from a dozen or more people is often the longest part. Some teams run like a dictatorship, some like a democracy, and some change their team name three times. Most teams need 2 to 6 weeks for this on top of the timelines above (our record is two years).

2. Have a deadline? Tell us. Share the date you need jerseys in hand and where you’re located. We’ll tell you if it’s doable and the date you’d need to sign off by. On sublimated orders, approving your artwork early and running one jersey from your order as an early colour test can bring the rest down to 4 to 5 weeks. Leagues use this to keep registration open longer.

3. Planning early unlocks extras. The more time you give yourself, the more options you have. Colour swatches, sizing samples and other extras that help fine-tune your order each add a few weeks, so they’re only possible if you start early.

Either works. We can do just about anything, and each route has its own trade-offs. Our artists are great, but they can’t read minds, so the more direction you give, the better and faster your jerseys come together.

1. No design yet? Start with our jersey builders. We have one each for Sublimated, Basic and Pro Twill jerseys. Flip through 125 templates and every colour, and you’ll have a shortlist in a couple of minutes, faster than any AI tool. Most teams, and most AI mockups, land close to classic NHL-style striping anyway. Screenshot your favourites for the group chat, and see your price with volume breaks as you go.

2. Already have a design? Upload it. Your own drawing, last season’s jersey or an AI mockup all work, and you’ll get a real-time quote. Uploads default to sublimated, since it can print just about anything. Basic and Pro twill use stock striping patterns, but we’ll tell you how close we can get.

3. Want us to design it? Bring the basics. A team name, a main colour plus a couple of secondaries, and a sense of style: classic striping, something loud like camo, tie-dye or plaid, or somewhere in between. No logo? The builder is a starting point, not the final design. Almost every team asks for changes, so use the artist requests section to tell us anything: double a stripe, drop one, add a sponsor somewhere unusual. Each revision takes us 1 to 2 business days, while many companies quote 2 to 5 in the fine print, so clear direction means fewer rounds and faster jerseys.

Revisions are unlimited on your design. Tweak it until it’s right, and switch between builder templates as often as you like. If you start over completely, with a new team name and logo or a custom striping pattern drawn from scratch, that’s a new concept. We’ll tell you about any artwork charge upfront. It’s usually small next to your order, and it rarely comes up.

Yes, guaranteed. What you approve is what you get. It sounds like it should go without saying, but we regularly hear from teams whose last set didn’t match what they signed off on.

Why it happens: sublimated jerseys are printed from flat files. Fancy 3D mockups look great, but someone has to redraw them flat for printing, and details can shift in the translation. Some mockups aren’t even drawn to the same proportions as the print files.

How we avoid it: our mockups for sublimated jerseys are flat and to scale, built from the same files we print from. The video below flips between our mockups and photos of the finished jerseys to demonstrate how they are identical. On league orders with a wide range of sizes, we scale each aspect of the jersey carefully so the whole set keeps the look you approved.

No waiting in the dark: with most companies, you pay and then wait weeks hoping it turns out right. On sublimated orders, we make one finished jersey from your design and send you a photo about a week after you approve your artwork, before the rest go into production. Your order is proven before the rest gets made. It’s a big part of why sublimated is our most popular option.

Basic and Pro twill custom jerseys: these don’t get a colour test jersey, but the same promise applies. Some companies list a logo as 10 inches while drawing it like 12, so the spacing on the finished jersey surprises you. We keep our mockups true to the real measurements, and we size logos to match pro jerseys in your sport. An NHL crest, for example, is about 120 square inches.

While this should be a given we've heard more than our share of horror stories. Here's proof that what you see is what you get.

Yes. New designs have a 12-piece minimum, for every print style, in hockey and baseball. We can’t make exceptions for single jerseys or smaller orders. Every new design takes the same artwork and setup whether we make 1 or 100, and the 12-piece minimum is what keeps team pricing as low as it is.

The minimum applies to each item, so 12 jerseys, 12 pairs of socks, and so on. For price breaks, everything in the same sublimated design counts toward one total.

League sample jersey: planning a sublimated league order of 100+ jerseys? We’ll make one sample jersey first with a deposit, fully refundable if you don’t love it.

Need just a few? Blank jerseys and other in-stock items have no minimum. They’re popular with people who decorate their own, like applying heat transfers at home. Shop our blank hockey jerseys and in-stock hockey socks.

Adding players later: reorders of an existing design have no minimum, but small batches cost more per piece than your original order. As a rough guide:

• 1 or 2 pieces: expensive
• 3 to 5 pieces: reasonable
• 6 or more: close to our standard price for 12 to 24 pieces

Sublimated is the easiest to reorder in small numbers, then Basic, then Pro Twill. On sublimated reorders, everything in the same design still counts together, so one jersey and two pairs of socks count as 3. Ask our team about reorder pricing when you get in touch about your jerseys.

No, just half, which results in delivery several weeks faster than other jersey providers. 

Here’s how it works:

• To start artwork: no deposit required
• To start production: 50% deposit (many suppliers require 100%)
• Before shipping: the remaining balance

Already collected from your team? Plenty of teams pay in full upfront to keep billing simple, and that works too.

Why only 50%? Most of our team has been a captain, manager or coach, so we know collecting money from a dozen players takes time. Our average team takes 2 to 4 weeks, and plenty take months. Paying everything upfront means waiting on your last couple of stragglers before anything starts. With a 50% deposit, we start production while you collect the rest, often getting your jerseys to you 2 to 4 weeks sooner.

The balance is due before shipping. If it isn’t paid by the time your jerseys are ready, they’ll wait here until it is. Orders left unpaid for 3 months are forfeited (it’s happened once or twice in 12 years).

Changes after approval: every order is made just for your team, so once you approve, we can’t cancel, resell or restock it. That’s why we take you through a detailed approval checklist first. Some changes are still possible, but depending on what you need and how long it’s been since approval, they may add time or cost. We’ll walk you through your options. If we make an error, we’ll make it right.

• Credit card, PayPal, e-transfer, or wire or bank transfer
• Cheque: let us know in advance, and we’ll send you a prepaid, tracked courier label (please don’t use regular mail)
• Cash for local customers, exact amount please, since we can’t make change

Our jerseys combine Canadian and overseas work, and we’re upfront about which is which:

• Customer service: Ontario, by people who’ve played on and managed rec sports teams like yours.
• Artwork and design: our in-house team in Canada and the Philippines, led from our Kitchener office. About a third of the work on a sublimated jersey is done in the art files, before anything is printed, so we keep it in-house.
• Screen printing, heat transfers and embroidery: Ontario.
• Pro twill: applied in Ontario, with components made in Ontario or overseas depending on the order.
• Sublimation printing and sewing: our partner factory in the Philippines.
• Blank jerseys and stock items: Canadian-owned Kobe Sportswear and Athletic Knit, plus Momentec brands (Augusta, Russell and Alleson). Most stock is made overseas, but back orders on most Kobe and Athletic Knit products are made in Canada, so you get overseas pricing without long waits when something sells out. Some items, like our knit socks, are made entirely in Canada.
• Accessories (skate towels, track suits and more): usually made overseas and decorated in Ontario, though it varies by item.

Why not all in Canada? Every choice we make balances price, quality, turnaround, flexibility, a reliable supply chain and Canadian content, and those goals sometimes pull against each other. We spent years working with Canadian manufacturers, but none consistently met our customers’ standards, and almost every jersey company imports its fabric anyway, even “Made in Canada” brands. So we keep design, customer service and leadership in Canada. In 2022 we partnered with a factory in the Philippines chosen for its quality, workplace standards, strong English, flexibility and stable trade relationship with Canada. Since then, our repeat orders and customer satisfaction have climbed.

Want it made in Canada? It’s available by special request on some sublimated products, mostly hockey jerseys, at about the same base price. It isn’t our default, so tell us upfront when you get in touch. Please note that some add-ons, like lace collars and scooped bottoms, cost extra, the reversible isn’t available, and the manufacturer’s logo appears on the outside of your jersey.

A quick overview of where your custom gear is made.

We make it easy to find the right fit before you order. Every product lists its garment measurements, and we have samples in every size, at our showroom or shipped to you. Fit is personal, so the final call is yours.

Size charts: hockey sizing and baseball sizing, with socks, shells and pants linked from each.

Samples: try every size at our Kitchener showroom, or have samples shipped to you anywhere in Canada:

• $30 round-trip shipping: non-refundable, but credited in full on orders over $3,000
• Deposit of 50% of the samples’ retail value: refunded when the samples come back
• Timing: samples ship from Ontario and usually take 2 to 12 business days round trip, longer for remote areas. Most teams keep them 1 to 2 weeks, so plan for about 2 to 4 weeks in total.

Fit tips: measure a jersey that already fits you well and compare it to our charts. Since you’ll be playing in it, make sure you can move freely, not just that it fits standing still.

• Hockey: jerseys are unisex, and the right size depends on your shoulder pads and equipment as much as your build.
• Baseball: jerseys come in men’s and women’s cuts and sit closer to the body, so most people go more fitted.

More sizes with sublimation: because sublimated jerseys are made from scratch, they come in smaller size steps than stock jerseys. Goalies can choose from 9 goalie cut sizes, compared with the 4 most stock jerseys offer, and socks come in more sizes too.

Leave time for samples: once sizes are confirmed, they can’t be exchanged or refunded. The earlier you start, the more time you’ll have to get every player’s size right.

Not where anyone can see it. On our sublimated jerseys, our tag is tucked inside the collar, so it’s hidden when you wear it. Your jerseys carry your team’s branding, not ours.

Why it matters: almost every major custom jersey company requires its logo as part of your design, usually on the right chest, the tail, the back of the neck or the collar. Beyond turning your team into a billboard, it can clash with your design. These are custom jerseys, so they should look like yours.

The exceptions:

• Reversible jerseys: there’s no inside to hide the tag, since both sides get worn. We can remove it on request, but it doubles as the size tag, so most teams keep it.
• Basic and Pro twill jerseys: these are built on stock blanks, so the manufacturer’s logo shows. On hockey, that’s Kobe or Athletic Knit. On baseball, twill shows Athletic Knit, and most basic jerseys have no visible logo.
• Made in Canada sublimated option: these are made by Kobe Sportswear, which requires its logo on the outside of the jersey.

Why we don't print our logo on the outside of your jersey like other custom jersey companies do.

Almost anything, with one firm exception: we only print designs you own or have permission to use. That rules out NHL, CHL, NCAA, MLB and other pro or college team logos, plus TV and movie characters. Some shops print them anyway, but that’s trademark infringement, and we won’t put your team or our business at risk. What we can do is design an original logo with the same feel at no extra charge.

Sublimation is the most flexible. It can print any colour, detail or gradient, anywhere on the jersey. The other styles have limits:

Basic (screen printed): prints one colour at a time, so each extra colour adds cost and fine gradients don’t work. Each print area is a rectangle up to 15 by 17 inches, so designs can’t wrap around the jersey. Basic baseball jerseys can also use full-colour digital printing, which gets around the colour and gradient limits.

Pro twill: fine details can get lost in embroidery, though a dyed twill patch can keep them. Logos max out at 120 square inches.

For the cleanest print, send the highest-quality file you have. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) are best, because they print exactly true to your original and speed up artwork. Anything else, we redraw as vector, which can introduce small differences. Very detailed or photorealistic images, common with AI tools, can print pixelated or slightly off-colour at low resolution. We’ll flag anything we don’t think will print well before it goes to production. We suggest asking your AI tool to keep logos to 3 or 4 colours with minimal fine detail, the way pro team logos do. Fine details don’t show up well during a game anyway.

We can work with any file type, but if you have vector files it's always the best option. This video explains why.
