We have a wide variety of suppliers we use for our jerseys/apparel which include Kobe Sportswear, Athletic Knit, and Sanmar/ATC.

Most of our hockey jerseys are from Kobe, but we also carry Athletic Knit jerseys as well. Our baseball jerseys are from Athletic Knit, and our general apparel is from Sanmar/ATC.

JerseysMadeEasy.com is a 100% Canadian owned and operated company located in Kitchener, Ontario. Our products range in degree to which they are “Made in Canada.” Some are made entirely in Canada, some are sewn internationally, but decorated in Canada (i.e. screen printed, embroidered, etc.), and others are made entirely internationally (generally China or Mexico). If a Canadian-made product is available at the same quality and price levels it’s always our first option.

If Made in Canada is important to you please let us know prior to ordering! We are happy to offer 100% transparency with regards to where your product is manufactured and offer up Canadian-made alternatives when our default option is not made domestically.

Yes we carry youth sizes for most items.

Yes we do, and they are priced the same as the player jerseys (i.e. you won’t have to pay extra for your goalie jerseys). They have shorter, wider sleeves than our regular player jerseys, and have slightly larger bodies than a 3XL jersey. For in-stock jerseys there is only one size of goalie cut (with the exception of economical practice jerseys, which carry a youth goalie cut), but sublimated jerseys offer a range of goalie cut sizes since they are made-to-order anyway.

The weight of your jersey depends on which model you get. We have heavyweight jerseys (Premium, Retro, Value, and Alternate) and midweight jerseys (House League, Economical Team, Value Practice, and Economical Practice).

Our premium jerseys are our most breathable and durable jerseys. All our jerseys are great quality, and will hold up to general wear and tear. Most of our jerseys air dry extremely quickly.

We have no minimums on our blank products Our custom jerseys can only be sold in 12 or more units. If ordering repeat jerseys from a past custom order we do waive our minimum of 12 units, however, the below minimum charges vary dramatically according to your product specs. Ask your sales rep prior to ordering if you would like a repeat order cost estimate.

Sort of. Generally, our supplier, Kobe Sportswear, is in-stock on over 95% of orders from November to July (80% during September-October). If they're not, products are back in-stock within a maximum of 2-3 weeks (often under 1 week though).

If your item is on back-order we'll notify you within 1 business day of placing your order. If you do not want to wait you can cancel your order before the item ships for a full refund, no questions asked.

All jersey quotes include: setup, captaincy, no surcharges on goalie cuts, artwork vectoring, and free shipping in North America on orders over $300. We pride ourselves on transparent pricing with no hidden fees in our quotes. The only exclusion to our quotes is sales tax which varies according to shipping destination (ask your rep for your relevant rate).

Yes you can get blank jerseys, or jerseys without a logo (just numbers and/or names). We can also help you design a logo which is free with your custom jersey order.

We accept payments through major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). We also accept Paypal, etransfers, bank deposits, and cheques.

Everything on our website is priced in Canadian dollars. American customers: your credit card will charge you the prevailing exchange rate plus a small conversion fee (typically 2.5-3%).

At this time, we only offer bulk discounts for larger orders. We don’t offer any discounts or wholesale pricing for charities, resellers or other causes.

All of our American shipments are shipped with duties-included (i.e. we get the bill, not you, so the price you see is the price you get!)

Since our store charges Canadian dollars by default our USD prices are determined by the prevailing exchange rate, which fluctuates regularly. Please note that your credit card may mark up the currency exchange, so the price on your credit card may be slightly higher than what is indicated on our site. One average it's about a 2.5% markup for most cards.

Our jersey production time varies depending on which jerseys you are getting.

Typically:

Screen printed jerseys - 2 to 3 weeks
Sublimated jerseys - 4 to 6 weeks
Twill jerseys - 5 to 6 weeks

Our timelines can vary, sometimes up or down, depending on current demand. If you have a specific timeline you need to hit please inform us. Occasionally, we can slide orders in on faster timelines if production permits.

Shipping times vary depending on how far away you are from us and how remote you live. Generally it’s about 2-6 business days to ship.

We can send a sample out to you. Generally we do take a deposit on samples (refunded to you once the jersey comes back to us) and a shipping fee.

Should you want to return or exchange your jersey, please send us an email to orders@jerseysmadeeasy.com. We will give you an RA number and an address to ship it back to us. Once returned, we will refund you the jersey cost.

Once you place a custom order with us, you can order repeats of your custom jerseys in smaller quantities. Please send us an email to orders@jerseysmadeeasy.com to learn more about ordering additional jerseys from us.

We are only able to customize our own garments. We made this decision because should something happen during the production process, we want to make sure we can replace your items.

We size all our logos to match up with NHL jerseys. If you send us your logo to orders@jerseysmadeeasy.com we will tell you what the appropriate size should be and help you make any tweaks to the logo during the mock-up process.

It depends. Please email photos (front, back, sleeves, and brand tag) to orders@jerseysmadeeasy.com and we'll let you know how closely we can match it. Please note we only do this for quantities of 12 or more jerseys. Also, provide an original artwork file if available. The more information we have, the better!

Absolutely, and it’s free with a custom jersey order. All we ask is that you provide us some images to work off of (even if it’s multiple different images you’d like put together). We need your ideas but then we can create the final product. What is included in your jersey costs are drawing a single logo: unfortunately we must charge extra should you want multiple unique designs to choose from.

For sure. Included in your pricing is a mock-up of your apparel design, which you will need to approve before we start production.

Vectored artwork (.ai, .svg) is preferred, but we can vector your artwork as part of your apparel order, for free. If you are not sending vector artwork we ask you to send us the clearest image you can find as it helps us with the accuracy when redrawing in vector format.

Yes, we will always send a mock-up for your approval before starting production.

Small tweaks and variations can be made to any apparel mock-up. However if you want to change your apparel design entirely after the first mock-up is done, additional fees may apply.
