Jerseys are not a one-size-fits all product. Not everyone has the same budget, timeline, or tastes. With a variety of decoration options, you're in control to build the best jersey for your needs.
Available Customization Methods

Screen Printing
• Our fastest, most economical method of decoration
• Involves applying ink, one colour at a time, on top of an in-stock garment -
Sublimation
• Our most popular style uses a white base fabric dyed 100% to your liking
• Sublimation allows flexibility to print outside the constraints of stock templates, add extra logos at no charge, and re-order in smaller batches -
Pro Twill (Embroidered)
• Our option for customers who want that "textured" look like the pros
• Crests are either embroidered or sublimated, then sewn to jerseys
• Names and numbers are also hand-stitched onto jerseys

Screen Printing Approval Process

Step 1: Select a stock jersey
• Stock jerseys are on the shelf, ready to have a logo printed on them
• Pro tip: If you're in a hurry, have a backup jersey choice in the event inventory is low -
Step 2: Approve your mockup
• Confirm your logo size, placement and colours
• Also confirm any personalization, including names and numbers -
Step 3: Look sharp
• Rock the freshest new look in your league
Sublimation Approval Process

Step 1: Approve your mockup
• Confirm every detail of your jersey
• Pro tip: Sublimation offers the most customization options. The clearer your instructions, the faster the approval process! -
Step 2: Translate mockup into panels
• In the background, our team translates your design into a series of panels
• These panels are printed, cut, and sewn to create a jersey that's 100% unique to the sporting world -
Step 3: Approve your sample jersey
• Colours may appear differently IRL (in real life) vs. concept drawings
• To our knowledge, we're the only manufacturer who asks for colour approval on a finished sample jersey before proceeding -
Step 4: Look sharp
• The uniqueness of every sublimated team uniform constantly has opponents asking, "Hey, where'd you get those?" (hot tip: our logo is inside the collar if you want to toss us a referral!)
Pro Twill (Embroidered) Approval Process

• Stock jerseys are on the shelf, ready to have a logo printed on them
• Pro tip: Embroidered twill has the longest turnaround time of any product (roughly 8 weeks from approval). Be sure to start the process early! -
Step 2: Approve your mockup
• Confirm your logo size, placement and colours
• Also confirm any personalization, including names and numbers -
Step 3: Approve your sample sewout
• See your logo translated into stitches to ensure it's just right before we sew it to your jersey
