Using an in-stock jersey from Kobe Sportswear we screen print your logo(s). This is a process where we apply ink, one colour at a time, to the top of your jersey.
Basic numbers and names are cut from film (vinyl) and heat-pressed.
Built from scratch, these jerseys start off as a plain white roll of fabric. We digitally print/sublimate the entire jersey, meaning it's the same amount of work regardless of design complexity. We then finish the process by cutting out and sewing up the individual panels!
Using an in-stock jersey from Kobe Sportswear we either embroider or sublimate (dye) your logo(s) on a separate piece of fabric (twill), then cut and sewn them to your jersey
Twill numbers and names are cut and sewn.
All re-orders: free shipping over $300, standard shipping otherwise
Although there is no repeat minimum on blank jerseys and numbers, you must incur the logo charge at least 12 times for each order.
Basic jerseys are the cheapest upfront, but if reordering in batches of less than 6 they can get super expensive.
No minimums. There is a $15-20 shipping charge on orders under $300 and an additional $20 small order surcharge on orders under $100 (i.e. an additional $35-40 on orders under $100). These fees get waived quite quickly given they range from $55-110 to begin with.
