Shipping and Returns
Coach thought it would be good dry land training if we jogged orders out to customers. He overestimated how long that would take, so we switched to sending things via courier instead.
The scouting reports looked great, but the kid ended up being a bigger flop than either Rick DiPietro or Alexander Daigle. Unlike a draft pick, you can send any stock (non-custom) items back for a refund. Here's the process.
- Email us at email@example.com with the items and quantities you wish to return
- We'll reply with a return authorization number (RA#) within 24 hours
- Return the items to the address accompanying your RA#
- Any stock item may be returned
- Custom, decorated (e.g. screen printed, embroidered, etc.) or otherwise not resalable items cannot be returned
- All return shipping expenses are at the customer's expense
- Shipping discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of product
- Shipping fees from initial order will not be refunded
- If RA#s are not obtained within 14 days of order being placed OR items are not returned within 14 days of obtaining your RA#, returns will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee
