The socks arrived on time with no problems :) The socks themselves, however, are fairly low quality - the build quality is fine and they wont rip or anything - theyre just not very flexible socks, making it awkward to skate with. Its more “Kobe’s” fault then “JerseysmadeEasy” as Kobe makes the socks.

Absolute terrible.... mistakes over and over and over and over and over and over and over.
We can't apologize enough for the troubles you have experienced. I don't know why troubles keep seeming to follow your orders. In our 5 year history I can't think of a customer we have had more errors with than yours and I sincerely apologize for our failure. Your negative rating is certainly justified and I too would be upset in your shoes.
We do hope, however, you have appreciated that in each instance we have remedied the issue owning up to the errors at no cost or push back and that the final product, once corrected, has been to the highest of standards.
We do recognize, however, that free replacements, apologies, and excuses are no substitute for getting things right the first time, as we typically do.
We are human, however, and errors happen, so I would like to take a moment to help you better understand where this issues stemmed from.
1. Captaincy was printed in the wrong location on shirts containing a letter in May 2019. Our sublimated jersey manufacturing partner is usually extremely reliable. Unfortunately, for a short time, their successes have also been their shortcoming. They grew faster than expected going over capacity at their facility while working on opening a second facility that couldn't seem to get running fast enough. After 3 years of zero printing errors (i.e. where spec sheets were followed incorrectly) we received 2 errors, one of them being this one, within the same month.
2. When reprinting the jerseys from error #1 you requested to remove the name bar from one of them. We did put this request in and our manufacturing partner did not process it. We weren't aware of the issue until you received the jersey. When we questioned why it was not changed our partner told us their policy was that when correcting errors to not change any other specifications. The reasoning behind this was that some customers look to claim an manufacturing error that can be used as a tool to correct a specification error. After some disagreement that this was not the case with your jersey we were able to get them to replace that shirt and ultimately get you the correct product.
3. You ordered 3 fill-in shirts in 3 separate orders in August/September 2019, one of them receiving the incorrect name/number/size details. We just looked into this. We did submit the correct specifications but because they were placed as 3 separate orders it appears as if there was again a mix-up on the manufacturing end, running one of the orders twice and missing one of them entirely. We will get the correct jersey to you as quickly as possible.
As I stated before, none of the above is any excuse and we should have done things correct the first time, but we thought it would be useful to explain how things happened. In the business of custom products mistakes inevitably do arise. While we aren't happy with any error rate above 0, we do pride ourselves on being more reliable on the whole than any other provider in the industry.
In a separate email I am going to outline some compensation that we'd like to offer you for your next replacement order of jerseys. We do hope that you appreciate that we've acted as quickly and as fairly as we possibly can when errors have arisen as that's the best we can do in situations like these. It's unacceptable in our books and we are going to own up to it and move forward the best we can.
Please accept our most sincere apologies and we wish the team continued success this season.
